You send me commission request -> I send colored sketch -> you pay -> 3 (free) adjustments -> i make final art -> you give me your email -> you get art
by commissioning me, you aknowledge that you have properly read, understand, and agree with the TOS below.
BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME:
- using my work for anything related to AI/NFTs are prohibited.
- includes but isn't limited to: using in AI engine, "redrawing" using AI, making NFTs out of work, etc.
- understand that this commission, unless specified, is for personal use only.
i.e. cannot be used for art on products/marketing
- ask me if you want to buy commercial rights to the commission.
- i have every right to decline a commission.
- I WILL NOT DRAW any and all hate speech, excessive gore, NSFW, complex "mecha", request is not reasonable, etc.
- you are encouraged to ask me if I will/won't draw something.
- I am not obligated to inform you about specific reasons for decling your commission.
- additional charges will be made if there is no at least one visual reference sheet unless commissioning a design.
- i own all rights to the work created. Unless requested, i can use the work for commission examples, social medias, etc.
- no refunds will be allowed unless stated otherwise.
- the TOS may change at any point in time.
- understand and acknowledge that art is a luxury (i.e. do not complain about pricing issues).
- understand that because steam has a 3 day cooldown before allowing to gift cards, the final image will be sent 3 days after requesting a commission at the earliest. it is also important to friend me asap because of this.
- please ask me questions if you're unsure (e.g. will you draw this?)
WHEN REQUESTING A COMMISSION
- messege me on discord with the details of your request.
- required information: at least one visual reference of character, type of request, the word "blahaj" so i know you read this, your steam account
e.g. I'd like to request a bust of my character (reference here), and here's my steam account friend code: (friend code here). I also love blahajs too!!!
- If the payment is big enough to be split into 2 parts, I will allow the bigger half the payment to be made to continue the sketch phase and the lesser half of the payment to get the finished image in full size.
DURING THE COMMISSION:
- All communication until the end of the commission will be through discord.
- Don't be mean, rude or inappropriate; this will result in the commission getting canceled and you getting blocked.
- As stated in many of the listings, please expect a wait time of up to a week.
- if an issue arises at my end that makes me unable to complete the commission in the usual wait time, i shall inform you and try give an updated estimate.
- Payment is required to progress past the colored sketch phase.
- when the colored sketch is completed, I shall send you a low-res version for you to make 3 free major adjustments and requests on.
- in no way can this colored sketch be used by the commissioner.
- THIS IS THE ONLY TIME MAJOR CHANGES (e.g. posing, extra props, lighting, colors chosen, etc. ) CAN BE MADE! More major changes will incur costs; major changes cannot be made after the colored sketch.
- Further major changes will be 5USD per 3 changes.
- You are allowed to ask for progress updates! If I feel it is nessesary, I shall provide low-res WIP update photos along with the update.
DURING PAYMENT
- Only payment methods listed in the next section of the website will be available.
- If the payment is big enough to be split into 2 parts, I will allow the bigger half the payment to be made to continue the sketch phase and the lesser half of the payment to get the finished image in full size.
- If you cancel the commission, no refunds will be made and you will not get any WIP pieces. However, you won't need to pay any more than what you already have.
